Apple Sign provides digital printing, signage manufacturing, and corporate branding services. All orders are subject to technical feasibility and availability of raw materials.
Customers are responsible for proofreading all designs, spellings, and layouts before final printing approval. Once a design is approved for print, Apple Sign is not liable for errors in the original file provided or approved by the customer.
A minimum advance of 50% is required for all custom orders. The remaining balance must be cleared at the time of delivery or installation.
While we strive to meet all deadlines, production times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by machine maintenance, power outages, or supply chain interruptions.
For outdoor hoardings and signage, customers must ensure that all necessary local municipal permissions and licenses are obtained. Apple Sign is not responsible for legal issues regarding sign placement.
Apple Sign shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our printed materials or signage.
